Paul Lewis appointed Chair of MCBA Catastrophic Health Emergency Committee

Paul S. Lewis has been appointed Chair of the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Catastrophic Health Emergency Committee.  The Committee develops protocols and procedures to ensure the continuation of the functions of the Court in case of a health pandemic in the area.  An important concern to the Committee is to ensure there are safeguards in place to protect the civil liberties of individuals that may need to be quarantined or detained because they have been infected by a particular disease.  Paul’s role as Chair demonstrates the Firm’s involvement and commitment to local community and legal activities.  The Firm congratulates Paul on his appointment.
