Jerry Gimmel Speaks On Expected Changes To Estate And Income Tax Laws

On October 5th, founding partner Jerry Gimmel led a roundtable seminar at Asbury Methodist Village about the expected changes to estate and income tax laws for 2011 and what people should be concerned about as a result of these potential modifications. Jerry reminded attendees that any estate plan needs to be reviewed periodically due not only to changes in family circumstances but also because of changes in the exemption limits of the federal estate tax, which can change year to year. Jerry Gimmel is the Firm’s senior attorney in estate planning, probate, Medicaid planning and business and corporate law and has been assisting clients for more than 40 years. He can assist you in reviewing your estate plan, or establishing a plan if you have not yet set one up.
