Jeff Gimmel Published in Cookbook

It is with great pleasure that we announce Jeff Gimmel, son of partner Jerry Gimmel,  recently had one of his popular recipes published in a cookbook. The book,  Hudson Valley Chef’s Table: Extraordinary Recipes From Westchester To Columbia County, features a compilation of Hudson Valley’s top chefs and their most delicious recipes. Jeff, who recently opened a second restaurant, Swooner, in Connecticut, shared the recipe for his mouthwatering Local Asparagus Salad.

Hudson Valley Chef’s Table is a feast for the eyes as well as the palate. The delicious dishes featured here are personal histories––stories of people and place. Each recipe, chef profile, and photo tells its part of the story and magic of the Hudson Valley.
