GWEB Partner Volunteers at 14th Annual Prepare For Success Forum

Leah Morabito volunteered at the 14th annual “Prepare for Success” Fall Forum held at Montgomery College this past month.  This fantastic program is put on by the Women’s Bar Association and has a mission to empower and educate young women from Montgomery County high schools about planning for a career and being part of the working world.

It includes individual workshops on healthy living, interesting careers, finances and issues with social media.  The sessions were very informative and it was awesome to see these young women so engaged and interested.  Breakfast and lunch was provided as well as a fashion show with a dress for success theme.  Volunteers included many Montgomery county attorneys and judges.

This is truly a wonderful program and the planners, Judge Karla Smith, Lili Khozeimeh, and Rosalyn Tang did a great job once again bringing this program to the wonderful young women in our county.
