Partner Leah Morabito attended the 10th Annual Meeting of the Academy of Special Needs Planners in Tucson, Arizona. The conference was held from March 10th through March 12th and brought together some of the best and brightest minds in the area of Special Needs Planning. Topics ranged from Special Needs Trusts and retirement benefits and ABC’s of Public Benefits to proper use of structured settlements and details of the new ABLE Act. This valuable conference, which is held every year by ASNP, keeps Special Needs planners and attorneys up to date with the latest legal developments, legislation and benefits information. It also affords attendees the chance to meet other Special Needs Planners from across the nation to compare notes and experiences. The conference was packed with great speakers and topics. And since the conference was held in the foothills of the Catalina mountains in Tucson, the views were pretty good too!
