P.A., traces its beginning
in Montgomery County, Maryland to 1973, and
through a focus on responsive, economical legal
service, has evolved into a full service Law
Firm providing a wide array of legal services
to individuals and businesses.
The diversity of knowledge and experience provided

Blomberg & Skok, P.A., makes it very well-equipped

Public Commitment
The Law Firm of
Gimmel, Weiman, Ersek, Blomberg & Skok, P.A., believes
it has an obligation to contribute to its community.
As a public service, our attorneys have lectured
on a variety of legal issues including divorce
and separation, wills and trusts, taxes, collections,
and business planning.
We have presented seminars and made presentations
on legal issues to numerous local groups including
the Commission for Women, Hospice Caring, Inc.,
Senior Citizens, Cooperative Extension/AARP,
various Chambers of Commerce, Business and Professional
Women’s Clubs, DRADA (depression related affected
disorders association), numerous federal government
agencies and local schools.
Our attorneys also have participated in numerous
community events and charity fund raisers as
members and officers of local public service
organizations such as the Gaithersburg-Germantown
Chamber of Commerce, YMCA of Metropolitan Washington,
Montgomery Village Rotary Club, Commission for
Women, Leadership Montgomery, Hospice Caring,
Inc., and Women Business Owners. In addition
to participating in the YMCA Partner With Youth
Campaign for the Upper Montgomery County YMCA
since 1982, our attorneys have supplied leadership
to this fundraiser, including chairing the fundraiser
on three (3) separate occasions.
Gimmel, Weiman, Ersek, Blomberg & Skok, P.A., has also contributed to the Statewide
Maryland High School Moot Court Competition
by having its attorneys act as Team Advisors
to certain high schools and also presiding over
trials as Judges. It is the Law Firm’s belief
that by allowing young adults to learn more
about the legal process, they become better
citizens and less likely to actually end up
in Court.
Our attorneys
also work with the Montgomery County Bar Association
to enhance our legal community and justice system,
with active involvement in the Family Law Section,
the Continuing Legal Education Section, and
the Montgomery County Women’s Bar Association,
including providing the Co-Chair for its Auction
to raise money for pro bono legal services for
clients who cannot afford legal services.
